The RyDov Cup would normally signal the end of the Tour season and players would depart for off-Tour commitments however in 2022 the EuroDov Tour announced the inclusion of a new tournament to the rota.
And with that announcement a new event was born and on October 2nd, 2022, the first ever Tournament of Champions will be held.

Tournament Review: 2022 Tournament of Champions
The first ever Tournament of Champions saw a field comprised of any player who has won any of the 17 honours throughout the 2022 season.
In 2022 the field was just seven players David McColgan, Paul Gowens, Andy Love, Allan Kinnear, Graeme Connor, Jim Robertson, and Kevin Brannan. Due to scheduling issues Connor and Kinnear were unable to play meaning the field comprised 2 Major winners – McColgan and Love – and 4 of the top 10 in the Official Tour Rankings – McColgan (1), Gowens (2), Brannan (8) and Love (9) – its was all setup to be a great event.
Burntisland Golf House Club was the chosen venue for the ToC and made its second appearance in on the EuroDov Tour in 2022
