EuroDov Cup - Three new players declare for 2021 EuroDov Cup, 1 withdrawal

As the tour makes preparations for the return of the EuroDov Cup, the 2020 edition was cancelled due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, we are delighted to announce the filed will expand from 6 to 8.

The 2019 winner, Greig Baxter, will no longer take part due to family reasons and the Tour wishes him well for 2021.

The five remaining players, 2018 winner David McColgan, 2 times EuroDov Cup player John Hedges, returning after missing the 2019 EuroDov Cup Stephen Green and rookies William McColgan and David Hutcheson will be joined by two returning players from 2018 and a EuroDov Cup rookie.

Andy Love and Denis Duncan were part of the field for the inaugural EuroDov Cup in La Manga, Spain. Duncan finished second after holding a first round lead. Andy Love finished a distant 5th. Both players will look to their experiences of spring golf in Europe to help them in their quest from glory in 2021.

Joining Love and Duncan is Stuart Allan. This will be his first appearance in the EuroDov Cup making up three rookies for the 2021 tournament. Of course Allan is no stranger to EuroDov Tour competition appearing four RyDov Cups and declared for the 2021 Order of Merit and inaugural Anstruther Medal.

The EuroDov Cup will be held at Estoril Golf Club, Estoril, Portugal from Thur 8th - Sat 10th April 2021.
